FALSTAFF: Medium greenish-yellow, silver shimmers. A delicate quince note, white stone fruit nuances accentuated by fresh meadow herbs, fine blossom honey, and a whiff of tobacco. Complex, ripe apricot nuances, lovely fruity expressiveness followed by subtle acidity and marked by a hint of caramel on the finish and savoury reverberations. A mature food companion.
